Mukesh founded WhistleSentinel on a simple belief: organizations don’t need more software, they need smarter solutions to real workplace challenges. He saw organizations struggling with fragmented reporting processes, rising compliance risk, regulatory complexity, and outdated systems that made speaking up harder than it should be. With nearly two decades of experience in IT, ethics, governance, risk management, compliance, and legal education, he has designed and implemented GRC programs for over 500 enterprises worldwide. He co-founded Lexcare, a global compliance solutions provider serving 250+ organisations across 40+ countries, and also co-founded Lexschool for legal training and education. His mission with WhistleSentinel is to bridge these gaps through purpose-built technology that strengthens governance, protects whistleblowers, simplifies compliance, and helps organizations build a genuine culture of integrity.

Sanjay Maurya

Sanjay leads the operational aspects of WhistleSentinel’s delivery centre, bringing over 10 years of experience in legal, risk management, and finance, with previous roles at Anand Rathi, Angel Broking, and MCX. As CEO of Mecard.me, he also leads the creation of a secure, eco-friendly digital identity and business card platform. A strong advocate for integrating technology into traditional legal processes, he has driven automation of legal workflows and IT-enabled solutions across the sector.

Atul Juvle

Mr. Atul Juvle has over 35 years of experience in holding leadership positions with TATA Intl., OTIS, HDFC-Life, Godrej Agrovet & Schindler India. His core competencies include Legal, Ethics, Data Privacy, Fraud Prevention, Arbitration, Mediation, and Crisis Management. He is also an Independent Director at Arcelor Mittal-Nippon Steel group and an Advisory Board Member at ICFAI Business School, Mumbai.
